Q: Do I need an appointment to be seen in your office:
A: We make every effort to give each and every patient our full attention so they are confident that they are receiving the best treatment we can give. As such, we try our best to schedule one patient at a time so that they receive our undivided attention. Occasionally, emergencies arise and we do our best to accommodate those patients as well. Generally we allow time in our schedule for emergency patients in the mornings, so we ask that you do not delay in contacting us if you have an emergency. If you need an appointment we ask that you call us to schedule an appointment, as we are unable to accommodate walk-in patients
Q: Do you work with my dental insurance?
A: We will gladly submit an insurance claim to any insurance carrier. HOWEVER, not all carriers will make payments to dentists not in their network, so we recommend that you check with your dental insurance carrier prior to your appointment to ensure that your particular policy will work with our office.
Q: Are you a preferred provider for my dental insurance carrier? With which insurance companies have you contracted?
A: We are a participating provider with MANY insurance companies. Please go to our Services page for a complete list.
Q: What services do you provide in your office, and what services do you refer to specialists?
A: Dr. Davis performs a wide scope of procedures in his office including preventative, restorative, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, cosmetic dentistry and he is now a certified Invisalign provider. He will discuss the need for specialists with each patient on a case by case basis if he believes that your particular needs would best be met with a specialist.
Q: Do you offer free bleaching or other incentives for new patients?
A: While we are grateful for the opportunity to serve both existing and new patients, we have chosen to offer an incentive to established patients as a thank you for their loyalty. We have a free bleaching program available for patients who keep up on their oral hygiene by returning every six months for their periodic examination and cleaning. Patients are eligible after having completed three consecutive appointments (since these appointments are scheduled every six months, four consecutive appointments would span 18 months). This incentive includes the fabrication of custom-fit bleaching trays, and a supply of bleach at each hygiene appointment (as long as you return within one month of your "due" date)!
